Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 24-48 hours; please ensure someone is available to hand over the securely sealed package.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
